My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I purchased my product

A sales confirmation / receipt email is issued immediately following your approved purchase. A valid email address must be entered with your purchase in order to receive this email receipt confirming your order. Please ensure you check your spam/junk email folder if you have this filter activated on your inbox. If you feel that you have not entered your email correctly, or would like to have this information re-sent, please contact our customer support directly.


I double clicked when submitting the payment, will I be billed twice?

No, our payment provider prevents the payment from being charged twice when purchasing products


Where can I find my order reference number?

When you purchase a product from us, you are issued a confirmation email with your transaction details. Please refer to this email for your order reference number.


Will I ever be billed again?

No. We do not support any merchants who operate membership programs or recurring billing. The only way you will ever be billed again is if you make another, separate purchase from one of our members sites in the future.
